texting is it’s simply that you can text them…About Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
