texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Alon Matas Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion however with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit cheaper than entering to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any grievances about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not very crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wished to offer some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe likewise another really excellent actually fantastic prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
