texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Alternatives To Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instant because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a typical discussion however with talk area you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your good friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to consider you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit cheaper than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here somebody it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not very essential however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like last thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a short introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s actually great for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another truly excellent truly terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to exercise some insurance stuff prior to I even like consider this so I indicate I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really love I see all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can place it here once again which’s like something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my boyfriend was sort of pressing me to do something to do therapy since he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you need to truly talk to somebody and he knew about talk space and so that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only way I have actually ever heard of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was kind of starting to state before if you have deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is necessary to be seeing someone personally especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough problems there’s something I’ve kind of noticed like obviously these are deep.
