texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Anne Milam Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
