texting is it’s just that you can text them…Answering A Live Video Call Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instant because regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion however with talk area you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and then they might state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than entering to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any problems about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I considered but that’s.

not extremely important but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wished to offer some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another truly great really fantastic prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to work out some insurance stuff prior to I even like think of this so I mean I believe it’s a terrific service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really like I see all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can insert it here once again which resembles something similar so if you wish to check out that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk area was due to the fact that my boyfriend was kind of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you must really talk with someone and he understood about talk space and so that was the one that he really suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about however once again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I haven’t truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it is very important to be seeing someone in person especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more extensive issues there’s something I’ve kind of discovered like obviously these are deep.
concerns since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making depressed or nervous but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually anxious about starting a new task I am truly nervous about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um however like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be excellent um it also depends upon like how comfortable you are like speaking to a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual however like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I suggest since if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be actually unusual like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop because it’s gon na be like this odd like artificial thing however like if you’re utilized to that then it’s sort of like all right whatever like this is regular that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of utilized to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be weird if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely advise it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be amazing like then you might really have treatment if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
