texting is it’s just that you can text them…Anthem Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really crucial but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once however back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another actually excellent truly fantastic prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
