texting is it’s just that you can text them…Best Therapist On Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
