not really crucial but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific really excellent candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
