not very essential but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another actually fantastic truly terrific candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
