Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Acquisition… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
