not extremely essential but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once however back here so I just wanted to provide some like final ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s actually great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so basically I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think also another truly fantastic really terrific prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
