not really essential but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to offer some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think also another truly terrific actually great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
