texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Affiliate Commison… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
