texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp American Telemedicine… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because basically they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instantaneous because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical conversation but with talk area you might state this and then it might be five hours later and after that they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not extremely crucial however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really great for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe also another really fantastic really great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I require to exercise some insurance things before I even like consider this so I mean I believe it’s a great service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I see all of her videos and she discussed it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was due to the fact that my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you should really talk with somebody and he understood about talk area therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about however again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is essential to be seeing somebody face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more extensive problems there’s something I’ve kind of discovered like obviously these are deep.
