texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp And Insurance… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually useful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a typical discussion but with talk space you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit less expensive than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was simply something I thought about but that’s.
