texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp And Talkspace… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since basically they do a lot of these people appear to have possibly not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you may say this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something good to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit cheaper than going in to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking really because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not really essential however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another really fantastic really excellent prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
