texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp App Install… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not extremely important however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m not exactly sure just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another really fantastic truly excellent prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
