texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp App Jobs… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
