not really important but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m unsure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another truly excellent really terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
