get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really immediate in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you might state this and after that it might be five hours later and then they may say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I imply like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

issues due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making depressed or nervous but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m really anxious about starting a new task I am really nervous about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfortable you resemble speaking to a phone like I understand that that sounds odd however like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I mean since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be actually odd like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop because it’s gon na resemble this strange like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like fine whatever like this is regular that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m type of utilized to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anybody who travels like full-time because that would be incredible like then you could actually have therapy if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
