not really important but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another truly terrific truly excellent prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
