texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Backlash… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff prior to I even like think of this so I suggest I think it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really like I watch all of her videos and she discussed it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can place it here once again which resembles something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was since my boyfriend was type of pressing me to do something to do treatment since he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you need to truly talk to somebody and he understood about talk space therefore that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about but again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was kind of starting to say before if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is very important to be seeing somebody in person especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to speak about more extensive problems there’s something I have actually type of seen like certainly these are deep.
