texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Banned… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
