texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Beautoful Anonymous… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you might say this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they may say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I imply like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not very essential however total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at once however back here so I just wished to offer some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another really fantastic really fantastic prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
