texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Better Then Apps… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
