texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Bipolar Test… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and after that I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your pals you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than entering to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely crucial but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another really terrific really great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
