get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you know something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any problems about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not really crucial but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe likewise another actually fantastic truly fantastic candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
