texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Call… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not really essential but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wished to provide some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another truly terrific actually excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
