texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Canada Work… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
