texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Cancellation Is Until The Day You Are Enrolled… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk area you may state this and then it might be five hours later and then they may say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to consider you understand something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have really any complaints about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.
