texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Can\’t Change Counselor… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
