texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Career Reviews… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
