not extremely important but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m unsure just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe likewise another actually excellent truly terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
