get about 2 reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a regular discussion but with talk space you may state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to consider you understand something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not extremely essential however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another truly great truly terrific candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
