not very crucial but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another actually great actually excellent candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
