texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Cleveland Ohio… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not extremely instant in that regard like talking about things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical conversation but with talk area you might say this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not very essential however total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another truly great truly terrific candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
