not really crucial however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m uncertain how much that actually is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to offer some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly good for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another really fantastic truly excellent candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
