texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp.Com Thecoli… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very crucial however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually good for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific actually terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
