texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp.Come Dark… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
