texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Commitment Phobia… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
