texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Company Current Valuation… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
