Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Cons… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
