texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Counceling Change… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since basically they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a regular conversation but with talk area you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not really crucial but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once however back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to provide a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really helpful for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another really fantastic really terrific candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
