not really crucial but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific actually fantastic candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
