Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Cru… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have possibly not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely immediate because regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not extremely important but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wished to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like tension type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think also another actually terrific truly great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like consider this so I mean I believe it’s a fantastic service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I see all of her videos and she spoke about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here again and that’s like something similar so if you wish to check out that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy since he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you ought to actually talk to somebody and he knew about talk area therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about but once again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was kind of beginning to state before if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing somebody personally especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more in-depth issues there’s something I have actually sort of seen like certainly these are deep.
