not very crucial but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m unsure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I just wished to provide some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think also another actually fantastic actually terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. issues because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like worrying you or things that are making distressed or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m truly nervous about starting a new task I am truly nervous about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I believe it would be terrific um it also depends on like how comfy you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds odd however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I indicate because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be actually strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na be like this weird like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like alright whatever like this is regular that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would definitely advise it to any person who takes a trip like full-time because that would be awesome like then you might actually have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
