texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Debit Card… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
