get about two responses a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal discussion however with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later and then they may say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any problems about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not really important but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wished to offer some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a short introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly great for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think likewise another really terrific really great prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
