not really important however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really fantastic truly great prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
