Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Example… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instantaneous because regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a regular conversation but with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you understand something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not extremely important but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I simply wished to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short overview and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I think it’s actually great for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly terrific truly terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway however like I require to work out some insurance things prior to I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I truly enjoy I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which resembles something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk area was since my boyfriend was type of pressing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you should actually speak with someone and he understood about talk space and so that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about however once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I haven’t actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was sort of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it is very important to be seeing somebody face to face especially if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to speak about more thorough problems there’s something I’ve kind of seen like obviously these are deep.
